A plain description of what happens to information you enter here, where it goes, and how long it stays.
Last updated 14 September 2026
This site has four forms: a contact form, a giveaway entry, and waitlists for lab testing and hormone support. Between them they ask for your name, email address, phone number, and — on the contact form — whatever you choose to write in the message field.
Nothing is collected unless you type it in and submit it. There is no account to create and no patient portal on this website.
The contact form is an ordinary web form, not a secure medical record system. Please use it to ask a question or arrange a time, and keep specific medical information for your visit or a phone call to the clinic on (714) 584-7741.
Submissions are recorded in a private spreadsheet that only the clinic can open, and contact form enquiries also trigger an email to the clinic so someone sees them promptly. Giveaway entries and waitlist signups are recorded but not emailed anywhere.
We do not sell your information, and we do not share it with anyone for advertising.
To reply to you, to arrange an appointment, to contact you if you win the giveaway, and to let you know when a waitlisted service opens. If you joined a waitlist, that is the only thing we will email you about.
This website sets no cookies and runs no advertising or social media trackers.
We use Vercel Web Analytics to see which pages are visited. It works without cookies and without any identifier that could follow you to another website — it records the page, roughly where in the world the visit came from, and what kind of device and browser it was. None of that identifies you.
The one thing this site stores in your browser is a note that the giveaway invitation has already been shown, so it does not reopen on every page. It is cleared automatically when you close the tab.
The contact page embeds a Google Map so you can find the clinic. Google may set its own cookies inside that map. The booking button opens Jane, the clinic’s scheduling system, on its own website — anything you enter there is covered by Jane’s privacy policy, not this one.
Typefaces on this site are served from our own server, so loading a page does not contact a font provider.
Contact enquiries are kept while we deal with them and for a reasonable period afterwards. Waitlist entries are kept until the service opens and we have been in touch. You can ask us to delete your information at any time.
Write to seacoastclinic@gmail.com or call (714) 584-7741 and we will tell you what we hold about you, correct it, or delete it. California residents have these rights under state law; we extend the same to everyone who asks.
We treat children at the clinic, but this website’s forms are meant for adults. Please have a parent or guardian fill them in on a child’s behalf.
If what the website collects changes, this page changes with it and the date at the top moves.
